Pricing, cancellations & appointments
The Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends an hourly fee of $318 (plus GST) for a standard 46–60 minute consultation in 2025.
My standard private consultation fee is $227/hr (plus GST) per 50 minute session.
If you're referred under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), you'll receive a Medicare rebate of $98.97. The gap fee will be the difference between this rebate and my standard fee.
NDIS-funded sessions are billed in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits ($232.99/hr inclusive GST).
For private consultations, full payment is required on the day.
If eligible, private health rebates can be processed at the time of payment
Payment can be made via credit on the day of the session

Available for individuals with diagnosed mental health conditions (e.g. anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder etc.)
Adjustment Disorder is a common referral, often related to the emotional impact of an autism, ADHD, or AuDHD diagnosis, or caregiving stress
Covers up to 10 sessions per calendar year (initial 6, then 4 with review)

Three types of plans:
Self-managed: You can choose any psychologist, NDIS-registered or not, and pay them directly.
Plan-managed: You have flexibility in choosing a psychologist, with payments handled by a plan manager.
NDIA-managed: You must use a NDIS-registered provider.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 2 clear business days notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.

0-48hrs
If changes are made within 0–48 hours of your appointment, a $125 fee will be required before rebooking the next appointment.

No show policy
A full session fee will be charged for missed appointments and no-shows.
Payment is required before booking your next session.
This policy applies to both in-person and telehealth appointments.
Providing early notice allows your appointment to be offered to someone on the waitlist.
Booking Terms:
The cancellation policy is outlined during intake.
Advance notice (+48hrs) is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 0-48hrs will incur a $125 fee, prior to rebooking.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will incur the full session fee.
For NDIS clients, cancellations and rescheduling fees for will be charged according to NDIS guidelines.
Fees encourage timely cancellations and rescheduling, so others on the waitlist can access appointments without delay.
Telehealth Appointments
Psychology sessions are available via secure video or phone.
Fees are the same for both face-to-face and telehealth appointments.
If you’re feeling unwell, a telehealth session can be arranged to help maintain consistency and wellbeing.
